2. Overhead costs Costs listed here may vary according to the used photographic recording technique, i.e. film (24x36mm to 9-12cm), digital recording technique, computers, software, lighting, props, make-up, transportation, etc. The detail calculation will be carried out after the offer has been placed. The following costs are orientational, for 1 working day.

Licensing costs A reward (§49) for using the work is covered by Copyright Act No.121/2000 and will be stated in the licensing contract (§46). Its amount is derived from the use of artwork. Licensing costs vary according to using - personal use against a broad media coverage i.e. in national or international ad campaign will result in different amounts. Those costs will be calculated after the complete information about the use of work has been received.
The final cost of an order will be calculated in advance. It is also possible to agree on a flat amount without the need of signing a contract. That is more common with minor orders. Roman Sejkot is not a VAT payer. [email protected]
